We the Village Artisans, believing in the power of art to ennoble and enrich the lives of all people, determine to encourage and support the arts in whatever way we can in the community of Garden, MI, and in the region of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
Quilt Raffle Fundraiser
Each May when the Garden Gallery opens, The Village Artisans display a quilt that is awarded the following October to the winning raffle ticket holder. Raffle tickets are available for purchase from May through October by visiting or calling the Garden Gallery.
The 2025 quilt is “Peaceful Summer”. Congratulations to Teri Faye Ranguette, the winner of the 2025 Quilt Raffle!
The 2o24 quilt winner was Donna Thurston who won the quilt “Blissful Stars”.
In October 2023, Peggy Ellenberger of Allison, MI, won the quilt - “Beauty All Around”. Congratulations, Peggy! The quilt was designed by Joyce Weeks with wool appliqué completed by Janet Daasch and quilted by Lael Thelander.
