Papa Crow at Big Bay de Noc

The Village Artisans again sponsored Papa Crow, this year for a song writing program for Kindergarten to Fifth grade. The Kindergarten, First and Second graders composed the words to a song about their school and how they learn and have fun, love their teachers, recess, friends, popping balloons (which the Kindergarten students do annually at the end of the year) and The Black Bears.  They recorded singing it.  The Third, Fourth and Fifth graders created and recorded a song about school, including liking working on Chrome lap tops, some new toy, friends, field trips, etc.  Most of the kids seemed really into it and had fun.
